Just this morning we have received the schedule for the Interlock loop for the bantam/midget teams. There are 2 games next week. Team 1 plays on Tues and Thurs, Team 2 on Thurs only. They are both home games, being played on ROC #1, 8:30 pm start time.
This is a tight timeline with evaluations taking place this Saturday. We won't know who is on each team until after Saturday. We wanted to give you all a heads up now, to work out your schedules. I will post this announcement in our announcement section of our website (gmba.com) as well as on our Facebook page. Please watch these sites for updates.
REMINDER we are expecting ALL Bantam, Midget & Junior players out to evaluations this Saturday. If you CANNOT make it, please let us know ASAP by emailing headcoach@gmba.com
We are still looking for a second coach for this age group. PLEASE consider it or we can't field the team! Co-coach with another parent if time is an issue for you! Talk to either Evelyn Sheppard or Doug Waldron on Evaluation Day.
EVALUATIONS – Saturday, May 12
We will be holding evaluations on May 12th and we expect ALL players to be out there. This will help us eliminate the need to move players around once the season has started, which can be disruptive to the team.

EVALUATION DAY- May 12th @ the ROC. A schedule will be posted this weekend with times. TBall aged kids will not be evaluated. It is extremely important that ALL players come out evalutions. It is critical that we look at the playing skills of all our players in order to balance our teams and to avoid any movement of players once the season starts.
OPENING DAY - May 26th. Once evaluations are done, teams will be made and coaches will be assigned. You should then hear from your players coach before Opening Day.

For our 2012 season we will be merging our Mosquito and PeeWee age groups for House League. Please speak to us on Evaluation Day (May 12th, schedule coming soon) if you have any concerns.
Our Bantam and Midget age groups will merge to form 2 teams that will play in our Interlock Loop. Interlock is a House League division that travels within York Simcoe to play other towns. Our loop for 2012 will be Newmarket and Aurora. Please speak to us on Evaluation Day (May 12th, schedule coming soon) if you have any concerns. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR CHILD COMES OUT TO EVALUATIONS!
